Understands the drivers of the performance across the segment including external / macro drivers and recognises the impact of these drivers on both past and future performance
Supports the annual planning, quarterly forecasting and actual reporting process, ensuring that the function/business level plans are aggregated properly and analysed to provide insight to both senior level internal stakeholders (segment level finance leadership) and to Group
Responsible for the consolidation of the segment level long range plan Owns, maintains and develops the segment plan consolidation model
Supports ad-hoc and strategic business decisions understanding the implications balancing risks and rewards/opportunities
Participates in projects and provide financial insight
Supports the drive for continous improvement in MI to ensure integrity, accuracy and meeting the business/group requirements
Participates in the maintenance and improvement of various financial reports and models, including PowerBI dashboards of the segment
Supports the quarterly segment level data maintenance, MI system set-up and reconciliations between the various financial systems

In the role we have the following requirements Degree in economic area
At least 6 years relevant experience in the field ofFinance/Controlling/FP&A at a large, multi-layer organization with complex processes and financial environment
Understanding of performance management processes (eg planning, forecasting and actual reporting process) and system landscape
Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail, ability to work with large amounts of information and to see the bigger picture at the same time
Good understanding of financial consolidation systems (eg SAP BPC, Hyperion, Magnitude/BFC etc) as well as core accounting principles
Pro-active, highly performance driven personality with ability to work with limited supervision
Advanced level of MS Excel knowledge
Experience with Data Visualisation tools and techniques(especially MS PowerBI) is an advantage
Fluency in Business English is a must
