Expectations from the role (Large part of this you will know in the initial call)

- Sourcing and researching of Senior Level IC, Business Operations and Strategy Roles and Senior Talent across start up ecosystem and in Tier 1 Consulting Companies that operate in start up and high growth companies

- Partnership and advisory abilities in talent insights and translating the insights into the building strong pipeline for open positions

- Staying abreast of start up ecosystem and business updates and developments in multiple domains of start up ecosystem

- Staying updated with the Top Talent movements from different companies and roles

- Having worked with senior level hiring managers / Start up Clients or Start up founders directly on recruiting mandates either as a Recruiting Consulting Lead/Sourcing Lead/ Full Stack Recruiter/Talent Research Lead or in a corporate set up Mix of both is fine

- Already existing relevant Talent Network connections in

- Prior knowledge/Interest / Experience in these areas

- Ability to build, nurture and leverage a strong leadership talent network

- Have trained and managed recruiters in various other aspects of Recruiting and parallel platforms of recruiting - Talent Groups, Head hunting, Referral networks, Scraping through Groups, ability to build groups and talent network

- Prior work experience in top companies and high growth set ups and experience of working briefly in Consulting /Recruitment Agency
