The HRDW Reporting team is responsible to for all reports and analytics related to entire Human Capital at Citi

This position requires strong Microstrategy design and development knowledge and must have proven work experience implementing or supporting Microstrategy in large global organizations Our team is global and is responsible for making HR business processes run smoother and bringing innovation and technology to our workforce We focus on providing an amazing experience to our users in a fast-paced environment made up of over 200,000 employees in over 100 countries Regardless of location or level of experience, members of the development team have the opportunity to create, develop and implement some of the most complex global operations around the world

Successful candidates will have collaboration and partnership experience cross-functionally and across multiple locations globally The Reporting Team will need to work with cross-functional teams to understand the HR business needs and to assess Microstrategy development feasibility and impact to other business processes, integrations, or security The team will serve as the subject matter expert for Microstrategy functional configuration

Technical Skills

8 years of experience as a Microstrategy Developer (version 10x or higher)

8 years with Microstrategy dashboard development and reports development

8 years of experience in Mobile dashboard and Adhoc reports using object prompts

The candidate should have working knowledge of database concepts and SQL (oracle preferred)

Experience with data analysis and modeling

Able to act as the team leader by delegating duties to developers and providing support

Comfortable balancing conflicting priorities to meet specific deadlines

Excellent communication skills are essential to this position

Ability to work flexible schedules to support US daylight

Responsibilities

Developing intricate dashboards and reports that are visually appealing

Creating complex report objects using free form SQL

Create/Maintain/Fix MSTR semantic layer (metadata)

Create highly optimized (space and refresh time) Cubes

Design MSTR security groups/roles and integrate with central ticketing system

Elicit, translate, and simplify requirements, and prioritize requirements and develop conceptual prototypes and pilots

Develop and improve business requirements documents pertaining to data related initiatives

Qualifications and Competencies

BE or MCA Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent

8 years or more of relevant industry experience, preferably in financial industry Strong negotiation and influence skills

Strong analytical and project management skills required, in depth knowledge of SDLC, and thorough understanding of how to interpret business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements

Strong communication skills, ability to run user prioritization forums, senior management engagements, and facilitate training programs spanning multiple time zones

Ability to thrive in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment

Ability to analyze data, create documents for senior audience, and create technical specifications to facilitate development, and coordinate production rollouts

Proactively communicate and collaborate with the application clients to gather business and functional requirements

Proven analytical and problem solving skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

A motivated, self-directed, highly proactive attitude and approach

Domain Skills

Experience with Banking applications and process would be advantageous
