Job Description:

- Head the Training and Development Function, managing the training for stores as well as the Corporate function

- Conceptualize Learning and development strategy for the brand

- Designing, developing, executing and managing leadership and behavioral training programs based on organisational, functional and employee needs

- Understand the need of the organisation, working extensively with business stakeholders to develop the training capability

- Independently designing and developing leadership,behavioral programs and corresponding training materials

- Responsible for soft skills training, behavioral training, managing training for the entire function

- Developing new training modules, activities, methodologies

- Managing the talent management and development in tandem with the business partners

- Design, develop, implement and evaluate the effectiveness of all learning solutions and programs developed

- The role will involve travelling to stores

- This role would be reporting into the Head of HR
