Job Description:

- Talent Acquisition Recruit the best talent for the organization from within or outside the industry

- Training Develop, lead and manage a master training program that equips current talent to meet organizations goals

- Culture & Engagement Developing company wellbeing, health and counselling policies

- Prioritize & Implement HR initiatives in line with organizational objectives

- Collect & analyze employee feedback and data, with the aim of creating a better working environment and engaged culture

- HR Operations Manage the entire employee lifecycle to serve the team with excellent customer service standards

- Create and manage the HR departments annual budget

- Management of HR Information Systems (HRIS) and financial planning of the department

- Role modeling - As a senior member of the executive team, expected to demonstrate and lead on the values, initiatives and culture of the organization

- Professional expertise - A strong working knowledge of employment law issues, best practice processes for disciplinaries, redundancies and payroll is required, as well as experience of talent acquisition & employee relations

- Trust - As a member of the executive team, you will interface with the management on a regular basis You will become a trusted confidante on talent issues, unafraid of giving your opinions and expertise


- To lead the organisations goal of becoming a preferred employer in the state The role is fundamental to developing a companys culture, development, organization, and recruitment

- Organizational skills - personal efficiency, time management skills and the ability to prioritize competing demands are key

- Communication skills - expected to lead the HR team, managing diverse personalities and viewpoints
