Senior Manager - Talent Acquisition Internet



Job Description Hire the right people at the right time - Handle the full recruitment life cycle for all India roles and fill them to meet hiring managers time-to-fill and mutual 30-60-90 day expectations (for the new hire) - Partner effectively with all hiring managers - Work towards successful outcomes for the teams with maximum collaboration and minimum friction with hiring managers - Build a resilient pipeline of candidates for all roles - Work towards maintaining a healthy mix of channels/sources of candidates with an emphasis on internally-sourced candidates - Partner effectively with Finance to ensure judicious use of resources - Continually work towards a state with least reliance on external hiring partners - Partner with teams to manage a fair, equitable compensation practice and exceptional candidate experience for new hires - Manage any direct reports towards exceptional outcomes with clear goals set, timely feedback, planning long-term growth (IDPs) Educational Qualification - Bachelors degree or equivalent - 6 years of recruiting experience, including executive search - 5 years of hands-on, technical recruiting experience - 3 years of experience in a high-growth environment - Experience leading a small TA team in a high-growth environment - Direct, hands-on experience hiring for technical and corporate requisitions, including taking new requirements, creating job descriptions, sourcing, reviewing profiles and updating pipeline progress - Extensive experience working with engineering executives - Deep sourcing experience in software engineering roles, with a track record of contacting and engaging passive candidates Proven track record of identifying and closing difficult to attract candidates - Experience managing a high-volume requisition load with competing demands from various business groups - Experience working on high-volume roles - Experience closing all types of candidates, including negotiating complex compensation packages - Looking for candidates who have managed recruitment within executive level, operations, and sales
