The Role Responsibilities

Security Technology Services (STS) is a critical function within Standard Chartered Bank operating under the overall purview of Technology Services

The STS team is made up of cyber security thought leaders, who are accountable for the provision of a global set of cyber security services and products in order to maintain and continuously improve the Banks cyber security posture in todays ever evolving cyber security landscape

The STS team protect the Bank from cyber security threats by delivering effective information security technology services, managing and responding to security incidents to ensure, and support the continuity and growth of Banks business operations; and meet the both internal and external stakeholders expectations across 70 countries and territories, in which SCB operates

As part of the Security Transformation activities within Standard Chartered, multiple large-scale transformations delivering next generation identity and access management solutions are being deployed across all business lines and every geographic part of the Banks footprint This requires a highly skilled and experienced lead to ensure the engagement, communication and customer experience is built into requirements for solutions and successfully delivered through to deployment with high engagement from our internal customers This will require communication and engagement with over 110,000 internal customers and form core input to make other IAM tools and product capabilities improve and automate the Identity and Access solutions

Provide leadership and oversight by setting the direction, strategy, deliverables and operating model for Customer Success within the Identity and Access Management Transformation Programme
Help drive strategic reporting, communication and analytics to drive engagement with the solutions that protect the Banks critical assets from various cyber threats with a focus on automation and customer journeys
Plan and manage all communications across the Identity and Access Management teams to drive culture, brand improvement and awareness
Work with stakeholders such as business users, COOs, CIOs, technology groups, End User Services, Secure Design Centre, CISO, IT Risk etc to ensure the reporting and communications are aligned to our internal customer needs
Proactively engage with internal stakeholders to manage escalations and expectations accordingly

Our Ideal Candidate

Minimum 4-8 years experience in business planning, reporting, communications or similar role
Highly entrepreneurial with a high level of energy, dedication and an unrelenting drive to deliver value
Strong sense of personal ownership and responsibility in accomplishing the organisations goal Is confident and will roll-up his/her sleeves to drive success
Able to get things done in a quick-paced environment Be transparent and open around what doesnt work and what does
Understanding of cyber risks preferable but not required
Excellent organizational and leadership skills with an ability to manage multiple deadlines and effectively prioritise
Excellent reporting and communications skills oral, written and presentation; communications writing across various types of target audiences
