Senior Manager- Quality Assurance and MIS (Order to Cash)

This position is in our Finance department for experienced graduates & postgraduates with 12 years of experience in Quality assurance and MIS in the Order to Cash domain including at least 5 years as a people manager role The role requires prior experience, leadership skills and maturity, besides the ability to manage global customer and business interactions The position reports to the Director, Finance based out of Cvents Gurgaon India office and has a primary interface with senior leadership in Cvents HQ office as well as multiple international partners and customers in a matrix organizational structure

This is a position of elevated responsibility, which is primarily responsible for managing quality assurance and Management reporting for Order to Cash process This position originates and leads Finance practices and objectives that will provide an employee-oriented; high performance culture that emphasizes empowerment, quality, productivity, and standards

Position Duties

Scope, map, review and monitor process and methods, and suggest improvements to enhance people and business effectiveness
Execute corrective/improvement plans when process/systems are out of compliance and measure quality improvements in a timely manner
Extract, analyze and communicate quality data to management and the organization
Ensure timely and accurate delivery of KPI reports, partner with IT and Project management team to automate and standardize reports
Lead, coach and develop Team Leaders/Managers
Conduct team strategy meetings and periodical one on ones
Understand drivers of customer experience, and collaborate with Process and Training teams to develop and execute plans to improve Customer Satisfaction metrics
Partner with cross functional teams to share best practices and improve communication and procedures
Meet defined department goals and activity metrics, quickly identify negative trends in operational indicators and implement effective corrective measures with a sense of urgency

Candidate Requirements

Roll up your sleeves and can-do attitude, energetic, forward-thinking team member with strong ability to multi-task & collaborate
Focuses on the big picture and is able to drill into the detail and understand the impact
Understands how the business works and the upstream and downstream activities that impact and are impacted by Finance
Tenacious in driving issues to closure
Demonstrable Knowledge of COPC, Six Sigma, ISO9000 and/or other quality improvement processes preferred
Proven people leadership experience with the ability to motivate teams
High degree of decision making and problem solving
Proficiency with Microsoft Office for Windows (Outlook, Excel and Word) is required
Experience using Oracle Financials and Salesforce is a strong plus
Self-starter who is action oriented, organized, and possesses a strong sense of urgency
