The Role Responsibilities

Job Description
A Role Planning Applications - BAU Support and Change Management
Developing a deep understanding of current application implementation, existing Planning & Reporting processes and overall Planning system architecture
B Systems in Scope
i) Oracle EPM Applications
Hyperion Planning
HPCM (Hyperion Profitability & Cost Mgt Appln)
FDMEE (ETL Tool)
Essbase (BSO & ASO) cubes & Smart View Excel Addin (Data Analytics & Reporting)
ii) Strong MS Excel skills; Preferred- Knowledge of BI tools such as Tableau
C Functional System Support
User Access Management
User Training
Level 1 Support- User Issues & Queries
Monitor scheduled data flows- upstream & downstream
- I - Data Validation/ Data Integrity checks BAU
Change Deployment- UAT & UVT Testing
Coordination with Technology Teams on System Maintenance & Issue Resolution
User communications- Downtime, system readiness etc
Planning Support Intranet Portal updates
Application Documentation Updates
FDMEE change management- Mapping maintenance for data interfaces
Tracking, Analysis & Reporting User queries & Issues
Open Issues- Daily Reporting, Tracking to closure with RCA- by criticality & ageing

D Application Change Mgt E Change Requirements Analysis-Documenting requirements & Business analysis
Monthly Change release - Project planning; daily review calls & status reporting
CR preparation, with updated Test strategy and CR Logging
Walkthrough of CRs with Tech Dev Team & resolving Tech Queries
UAT Test Plan, Test scripts and Functional testing
UAT Test coordination with end users & closure
UVT- Post release test coordination
Issue Fix closure through CRs where required
Reporting - UAT Issues & Post Release Issue summar
