Job Description:

We are Hiring for one of our clients who are a leading cloud technology based SaaS company primarily in the event, meeting and hospitality segment

- You will be responsible for evolving and executing the go-to-market strategy for our Event management solutions including conceiving, crafting, and executing product marketing programs and working closelywith HQ & regional product management, marketing shared services, and sales in such areas as valueproposition development, demand generation, and sales enablement

- You will be the expert on themarket, our competition, our target market, their pain points, and how our solutions address those painpoints, as well as the buyers- journey and sales process

- Our ideal candidate is passionate not only about developing and supporting regional go-to-market plans,but also creating innovative and effective marketing campaigns that generate leads and delivering toolsthat enable sales to convert opportunities

What You Will Be Doing

- Fuel growth in the international markets eg Australia, Singapore, Middle East, India etc

- Identify market opportunities, articulate competitive differentiation, and deeply understandtarget segments to evolve and help execute the go-to-market strategy for the markets

- Develop an understanding of the buyers/ customers and their journey for EventManagement solution and generate a strategy that increases demand Establish GLOCAL value propositions and create solution messaging that differentiates the organizations solution from competitors

- Own the end to end marketing plans and campaigns for Event management SaaS product acrossmultiple markets Own the campaign process (plan, create, launch, manage) for both theprospects and clients

- Develop and implement an Account Based Marketing capability to identify and engage activemarket

- Team with sales and sales management to understand the challenges faced in the EventManagement selling process and develop programs and tools to improve sales effectiveness ateach stage of the demand waterfall Collaborate with marketing teams to execute associatedcollateral, client presentations, proposal templates, etc

- Analyze, benchmark, and report on launch metrics, marketing initiatives, and product salesresults

- Work as an Individual contributor, with potential of managing a team in future

What You Need for this Position

- 12 - 16 years of field marketing experience with software, SaaS-based, or technology productsin the B2B space

- Relevant experience developing high-impact business growth strategy and demand generationprograms

- Experience in both prospect and customer marketing campaigns

- Experience is digital marketing and large enterprise marketing / ABM is mandatory

- Experience in nurture programs, middle and bottom of the funnel, sales enablement programs

- Experience on tools lile Marketo, ABM, CRM etc preferred

- Customer or sales-facing experience a plus
