Senior Manager/Manager Business Development

This is an exciting opportunity for a talented individual, with a proven track record in a senior sales role, to join our team as Senior Manager-Business Development The person will lead and manage the sales team, be responsible for achieving our ambitious growth plans, and engage with the Senior Management Team to develop and implement sales strategies that we achieve and exceed budgeted levels of sales growth in all service lines

This role is all about collaborating with various departments to develop propositions for our services, to inspire the Sales Team and lead the team of Sales professionals to sell our services to international markets

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

- Should have experience in doing outbound sales for IT companies of 200 - 5000 people

- Should have good network with start-ups

- Lead generation through outbound process

- Responsible for acquiring new accounts and mapping international markets and maintain database

- Responsible for preparing the proposals for the sales and preparing in RFPs, RFQs and RFIs

- Respond to queries raised by prospective Clients (mandatory)

- Preparation of pre-sales material like datasheets, flyers, newsletters, brochures etc

- Coordinating with other departments to get valuable inputs in order to achieve maximum quality

- Establishing smooth relations with corporate clients, business associates

- Identifying and developing potential business partners and growing existing client relationships

- Actively seek and conduct meetings and presentations with potential clients

- Draft and implement business development tactics tailored to the international market

- Plans and coordinates client sales activities

Essential Experience and Exposure

- You have a successful track record of delivering sales in line with budgets within a Senior Sales role

- Your Sales track record is achieved within the Information Technology services sector

- You have an in depth understanding of sales systems to support successful sales delivery

- You have excellent relationship account management skills

- You ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business


- Sales and Business Development in IT solution/ Services Space

- Familiarity with sales process automation tools

- Prospect/ Customer/ Market need Analysis

- Self-driven, results-oriented with a positive outlook

- Excellent written & verbal communication skills
