Job Description - Senior Manager position responsible for all matters related to governance, strategy, and transformation activities for the finance operations model

Description

- As the Finance Transformation Lead you will be responsible to drive overall finance transformation and drive timely insight generation and Root cause analysis for defects identified in the transaction monitoring process

- You will be responsible for monitoring SLAs, build action plans around deficiencies and ensuring robust tracking of progress with primary liaising with internal stakeholders and strategic vendor partners

- You will play a vital role in the overall finance global operation model transformation journey and provide insights based on ground observations/visibility and closeness to market finance teams

- Co-lead business identification/opportunities in the global markets; Co-create and implement the Finance Target Operating Model

Profile

- Global Masters Degree (Finance) from Top Tier MBA College or a Chartered Accountant

- At least 10 years of experience in finance transformation, with at least (5 years of work experience in Core Finance Roles)

- Preferable experience/understanding of Insurance especially Property & Causality

- Preferred experience in project execution and finance process improvements through use of Digital/Analytics/Lean/Agile/Six Sigma techniques

- Excellent interpersonal, communication, presentation, negotiation skills with strong influencing and persuasive talents
