One of our leading cleints is looking for a seasoned HR professional who can contribute to the growth of the company
Purpose of this Role
This role manages the whole gamut of activities that deal with managing employee onboarding, time and attendance, monitoring of employee files and Payroll for employees in the India Set-up
Roles & Responsibility -
- Planning and implementation of induction and employee on-boarding
- Background check process for all internals
- Maintain all personnel files
- Managing vendors and other stakeholders
- Monitoring internal HR systems and databases
- Payroll management
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to HR, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance
- Analyze compensation practices in relation to similar companies in comparable industries or geographic areas, and recommend changes as appropriate to establish and maintain competitive pay rates and ensure equity, including base salary, stock options, and bonus plans
- Monitor and evaluate the companys benefits programs, including insurance programs, retirement plans, sick leave, time off, and vacation policies
- Negotiate benefit coverage services and costs with carriers
- Team Management
- Budgeting allocation for team
Education & Qualification
- MBA Or Diploma with specialization in HR with 10+yrs exp
