Senior Manager - Human Resources and Admin

Essential Functions Organizational Level Responsibilities

- Develop and implement HR plans and strategies to support the achievement of the overall business operations objectives

- Function as a strategic business advisor to the leadership/senior management regarding key organizational and management priorities

- Provide overall leadership and guidance to the HR function by overseeing talent acquisition, engagement, career development, succession planning, retention, training, leadership development, compensation, and benefits

- Develop comprehensive strategic recruiting and retention plans to meet the human capital needs of strategic goals

Supervisory Responsibilities

- This position is directly responsible for leading team members of the following verticals

- Employee experience

- Admin

- Logistics

Functional Level Responsibilities

- Ensure manpower requirements of units are identified and closed within targeted timelines

- Implement induction and onboarding programs at the organizational and team levels

- Support managers to have effective performance conversations and ensure continuous feedback mechanisms

- Assess engagement levels and identify focus areas for the HR team, managers and the leadership team Support each stakeholder with designing and implementing next steps to improve engagement levels

- Implement existing policies, while identifying areas that may require the need for clear guidelines/policies and designing and implementing the same

- Champion and drive core values across the organization along with the Leadership Team and managers

- Conduct training needs analysis to design and implement required training objectives

- Ensure 100% completion of performance conversations Assess effectiveness of conversations and provide training or support to improve effectiveness where required

- Supervise payroll processing and ensure all statutory requirements are met by the organization Also, represent the organization in internal and external audits relevant to the function

- Ensure that all logistics arrangements made by the organization meets specifics of identified
