Job Description As a Biz Dev Manager within Engineering Consulting team, you will be responsible for selling the engineering consulting services & capabilities of Bosch leveraging tech-driven leadership and years of expertise that Bosch has in Manufacturing Excellence, Health, Safety & Environment, Problem Solving, etc


Develop and institutionalise structure and process for business development of engineering consulting portfolio of Bosch ground-up with backward integration to other processes

Identify and establish customer base in the relevant areas from scratch

Engage with customers; Attain sales & account development targets of sales in line with targets across portfolio

4 Contribute to long-term roadmap for value creation across customers & markets with clear focus on potential strategic accounts


You will be the founding member of the new business opportunity for Bosch in the field of Engineering consulting akin to a start-up

You will work closely with current customers as well as prospective customers as a trusted advisor to deeply understand their unique company challenges and goals

You will consult with customers on Bosch engineering consulting services to evangelize solutions that will help them reach their business goals and blaze new trails within their organizations

You will bring insights and nuances of consulting to the domain experts in your team

5 Overall, you will contribute to our business growth in a fast paced, collaborative and fun atmosphere, as a valued member of our Leadership Agility team


8-12 years of sales and business development experience in Consulting Services and account management experience preferred

Bachelors degree in Engineering with excellent knowledge and background in business development & sales Masters/MBA, added advantage

3 Experience in consultative sales, key account management or/and B2B marketing will be an advantage
