What youll be doing

As Customer Experience and Service Improvement, you will be in charge of

Leading a team representing the voice of the customer across Global, ensuring that CX feedback and external insight is built into our strategy, products and operational performance
Driving the effective management of our CX surveys, through developing and maintaining contacts, survey content and administering the surveys themselves across Relationship, Journey and Transaction NPS
Monitoring the performance of our in-life processes and tools, and identifying areas of under-performance or opportunity to improve performance, analysing root cause and developing solutions to resolve

Ability to meet the customers needs in line with the business requirements
Focusing on the objectives and the required outcomes of the processes during delivering a service
Working with a cooperative and positive attitude in a group settings to achieve common goals
The ability to convey information to someone effectively and efficiently while creating a good first impression and engaging the audience
Ability to comprehend and to systematically organize the various aspects of a problem or situation
Taking the responsibility and takes care of the consequences of making a decision
Acting in advance of a future situation, eg making things happen, putting energy to solve the situation

Professional skills

Experience of operational processes and challenges of delivering complex technology services to customers globally
Delivering process/tool/people improvement programmes at scale across a matrix environment
Exceptional stakeholder management at senior level

Language skills

English on a fluent level
Also, French or German or Italian or Spanish on a conversational level is an advantage
