The role is responsible for the following

Gate-Keeping all the changes landing into Capital Infrastructure and Process Ensures that respective change teams complete the Impact Assessment and bakes in the requirements basis the outcome of IA, Ensures that the BAU Target Operating Model is designed and signed off by BAU Head, Ensures compliance to Processes and Data Governance

Maintain Change BoW for entire Capital Infrastructure and Process, including those relating to the activities carried out by Group Regulatory Reporting Teams and track them with regular updates to stakeholders

Manage/Participate Forums Change Business Forum and Change Management Forums

Stakeholder Communication and Service Management Ensure stakeholders are communicated on all critical updates relating to changes being/been or envisioned to be delivered


Successfully transition of capital changes, through seamless integration into BAU processes with minimal impact

Be able to articulate the expected business benefits of each changes and how they got realised

Manage the interface between Change CoE and Capital CoE teams to secure the delivery of the changes, whilst ensuring that the BAU is well informed and prepared

Regularly meeting the change counterparts to discuss on the outcomes and the impact on operational areas and ensure operational stability during transition

Stakeholder Management Regularly communicate with the Stakeholders and Senior Management to update the progress, issues and developments, providing appropriate briefing to make informed decisions Communicating with staff affected by change to maintain morale and support for the change

Participate in Prioritization, especially in the definition of benefits to enable rank ordering and/or prioritization of changes listed in the BoW

Have the ability to identify changes in the processes, procedures and practices needed to achieve change deliver the business benefits

Assess the impact on the Capital KPIs and what that means to BAU

Ensure adequate documentation around new functionalities, Processes, SLA changes, Target Operating Model and other Operational Checklists

Actively participate and contribute in all ongoing change management initiatives to enhance the Capital Reporting framework that is aligned with the regulatory and banks technology objectives

Ensure early engagement of governance team from Impact Assessment/BRD, provide requirement sign-off, FS review and UAT review to signing-off changes/release

Create and regularly update the Project record in Change Book of Work with Project Status, Timelines, Risks and Next Steps covering end-to-end right from project team to all down-stream components of Capital Process

Develop strong functional content across Basel framework (Basel II and III) and conduct trainings/share best practices across various teams and aim towards enhancing the analytical quotient in all reports submitted to the stakeholders

People / Resource Management

Build, manage, coach, develop and engage a team of high performing individuals

Process Management

Identify opportunities to remove process waste, engage in standardisation of various reporting packs and encourage, drive and support automation initiatives thereby reduce / remove the non-value adds in the process

Establish robust control and governance on the process

Drive productivity and achieve cost efficiencies through continuous improvement initiatives

Manage Risk and create a culture of Operational Risk Management


Finance Professionals or Graduates in Engineering MBA (Finance) from a reputed institution Additional qualifications in Risk Management preferable

Minimum of 5-10 years of Strong Project/Change Management and Delivery experience with Strong analytic skills

Good understanding of banking products / Operations

PMP / or any other Professional certification will be an added advantage

Domain skills on Risk Weighted Assets (RWA) Analysis & Reporting, Basel II/III Reporting/Regulatory Reporting, Credit Risk Analytics

10 to 12 years of relevant experience
