Job Description:

Organization An innovative equipment leasing solutions provider to customers across Healthcare and MSME (manufacturing) verticals across India The companys underlining philosophy is centered around helping MSMEs and small hospitals and companies across tier 2 and tier 3 cities with the end-to-end process of expanding their capacity and providing critical inputs for their growth and sustainability

The company follows a highly differentiated business model that covers the entire life cycle management of an asset (ALCM) through its operating lease solutions The company assists its customers across the assets entire value chain including selection of the equipment, leasing solutions, maintenance and recycling of the asset It is also pioneering innovative technology platforms, which will catapult it into Indias first FinTech in the equipment leasing space

In order to be successful in this vertical, it intends to undertake strategic procurement of these equipment and related consumables Purchasing ability of the company will truly complete its ALCM offering Additionally, it intends to build a high volume consumables business across various segments

It is a registered NBFC with the RBI and is backed by marquee investors

Position Sr Manager/ AVP/ VP- Purchase (depending on the experience)

Educational qualification 4+ years relevant experience in handling purchases, dealing with vendors, OEMs, channel partners etc

Responsibilities

1 Scouting suppliers domestically and globally for new/ used equipment,spares and consumables

2 Building deep relationships on behalf of the company with the identified suppliers/dealers (both India and abroad)

3 Undertake strong price negotiations for the identified purchases

4 Undertake technical and commercial comparisons between options available

5 Undertake various reviews and analysis to select the best equipment which is required to be procured

6 Work on entire logistics and end to end process to get the equipment

7 Work with other teams related to warehousing, transportation, finance etc to coordinate the entire purchase transaction and enable successful execution of the same

8 Visit various trade fairs, exhibitions to search and identify suppliers suitable for the company

9 Create purchase SOP/process manual for the company

10 Ensure that steady supply of identified equipment is maintained to cater to the leasing requirement of new/ refurbished equipment

Requirements

1 Strong integrity and ethics

2 Strong English communication skills - both written and spoken Knowledge of foreign language(s) can be an added benefit

3 Analytical bend of mind

4 Strong capability to work in teams

5 Readiness to travel in India and outside
