Designation Senior Manager / Associate Director - Black Belt

Job Details

This role would broadly be responsible for following

- Ensure high quality pipeline by building selection and grading metrics for partner preonroading

- Monitoring CPTB reduction and improving quality by Retraining

- Initiate metrics and processes to record Partner experience, identifying gaps and opportunities to further enhance the experience

- Conduct periodic audits of the internal processes at the city level, identify gaps, to track compliance and performance and work with Process Excellence team to refine processes

- Design and implement a quality audit framework, to identify process gaps and refine the existing processes

- Manage smooth transitions of process changes with effective communication and coordination with relevant stakeholders

- Identify opportunities to drive out waste & variation within current processes while delivering more value at a faster rate and execute on these opportunities
