Job Description:

Overall 3 yrs+ strong product development experience 

Experience with Java, Spring Framework preferred 

Solid experience with databases (Oracle/MySQL) is a must 

Excellent OO and design skills 

Familiar with Web technologies like AJAX, CSS, Javascript

Experience of Project Delivery and Team Leadership

Experience with Test Driven Development within a continuous Integration environment (Lunt, CruiseControl, etc) 

Experience of working in an agile environment  

Experience of leading small project teams and accountability for project delivery
