Job Description:

The Human Resources Manager is responsible for site HR management and the day-to-day operations of the Human Resource office in Poland including the implementation of HR programs and the administration of Human Resources policies and procedures The HR Manager carries out responsibilities in the following functional areas organizational development, employee relations, training and development, benefits, compensation, organizational development, and employment He / she partners in a Matrix organization with HR Centers of Excellence for Compensation & Benefits, Talent Acquisition and Learning & Development to ensure alignment of localization and to gain support for local needs This position is based in Krakow, Poland It reports to the HR Director for EMEA As a Senior Human Resources Manager, you will be responsible for

Provide local HR support and consulting to all client groups in Poland
Develop deep understanding of business goals and align local HR actions, programs, or resources within the parameters of company philosophy and global standards, to achieve desired results
Partner with the line and Talent Acquisition to create a strategic workforce plan that ensures that clients have the right talent including space planning
Implement and coordinate global programs locally like HR performance management and compensation practices that drive results, build capabilities, and give consequences to performance
Responsible for areas like employee relations, compensation and benefits administration, employee safety, welfare and health and file administration
Responsible for employment and compliance to regulatory concerns and reporting
Provide employee orientation and onboarding support incl Local trainings
Develop local HR related policies or adapt global policies to the local regulations including documentation
Act as a business partner with the Site Leader and steward of the desired culture and work environment in the Polish office Contribute to the definition and implementation of organizational structures that enables successful achievement of group and corporate goals

Required Education and Experience
Applicants must meet one of the following education and experience requirements

Relevant experience and a Bachelors degree or its equivalent

Required Skills
Experience in a HR Manager role, with a broad depth of experience in recruiting, compensation, employee relations, training, and HR project management and program implementation
knowledge of Polish employment laws in a HR Generalist role

Desired Skills
Strong written and verbal communication
Ability to build and track record of trusted relationships through all different organizations
Experience in a global Technology company with a history of successfully implementing global programs locally in Poland and being part of a global dispersed team
Proven capabilities in guiding organizations through periods of substantial change
Excellent project management skills
Excellent Polish and English language skills
