Job Description:

With analytical competence and sales excellence you support our clients, retailers, on a daily basis driving collaboration and their satisfaction Delivering insights from analysis and data interpretation, in order to unlock growth opportunities, will be one of your key challenges

Serves as initial point of contact for assigned clients and directly accountable for work conducted in terms of analyses and presentation
Identifying and seeking to understand important client challenges, and then using appropriate tools and services to deliver insight and solutions
Contributing to the strategic planning process and vision for the client
Analysing and integrating various data sources with market and industry knowledge, in order to create client-valued insights
Working collaboratively at various levels within clients world
Identify opportunities for improvements in both client servicing and internal processes in the team and support business process and productivity improvement projects

DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

BA / BS Required (MBA desirable)
Ideally 3 to 5 years of experience within FMCG industry, in market research and/or retail & client environment
Excellent client management skills and pro-activeness
Strong negotiation and presentation skills
Ability to solve challenging problems using sound analytic skills
Excellent interpersonal, communication skills
Fluent in English communication
