2 Providing on-the-job training to Outsourced Service Agent (OSA) executives
3 Gathering market intelligence and giving feedback

5 Act as an effective branch support to HO
6 Gather, define and analyze functional and technical specifications to requirements from end user/business and devise feasible solution
