What youll do at As a Senior Director of Total Rewards, you will be responsible for developing and implementing the Total Rewards and business partner strategy for corporate roles supporting Walmarts Home Office You must be collaborative and a consultative partner to senior leadership to resolve short- and long term compensation and benefit opportunities The role requires someone who can influence and advise multiple stakeholders and senior executives to develop and implement programs to ensure market competitiveness and overall internal equity You will be accountable for providing overall direction by analyzing business objectives and customer needs; developing, communicating, building support for, and implementing business strategies, plans, and practices; analyzing costs and forecasts and incorporating them into business plans; determining and supporting resource requirements;
