Job Description:

JOB TITLE Senior/Customer Support Engineer
EXPERIENCE 2-5 years

2-5 yrs of IT System Administration experience
Understanding of proxy and reverse proxy
Good understanding of AWS EC2
Tomcat configuration/administration experience
Configuration experience with at-least a couple of load balancers
Should know how to set up various web-servers with https certificates and how to tune SSL parameters
Should know at a high-level about REST and SPA (Angular or React or Vue) applications work
Basic understanding of SQL and experience with setting up relational databases like Oracle, Postgress
Prior experience in customer support role is desired but not a must
Working experience with Web and desktop applications (java)
Good understanding of Unix/Linux is a plus
Understanding of logs for troubleshooting purpose
Good English language skills & quick learning ability
Good team player
Willing to work in shifts
