Job Title Senior Customer Care Engineer

Job Location Delhi / Mumbai / Bangalore/Chennai

Qualification Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Electronics with minimum 60 PERCENT marks in aggregate

Experience Candidate should have minimum 5-7 years of experience in installation, commissioning and maintenance of computer controlled high cost material characterization instruments like Rheometer, Extruders etc Candidate should have experience of working in Pharma Sector and Pharma protocols like IQ/OQ/PQ

Application knowledge of Rheometer and Extruders will be added advantage

Candidate should have experience of planning and execution of installation and commissioning of high cost instruments

Proficiency in latest computer hardware and software is essential Responsibility Attend installation & commissioning, maintenance and break-down calls of customer Guide customer in planning and maintaining optimum spares stock to reduce instrument downtime

Maintain and update instrument history Ensure customer is satisfied with the performance of our instrument and the intended application is productive for customer Develop a win-win relation with customer and project Thermo Fisher as a valued partner

He should collaborate and contribute in achieving Teams commercial goal

Communication Skill Candidate should posses excellent skill to communicate with customer in English both verbally as well as in writing

Mobility The job demands extensive touring and therefore, candidate should be ready to travel frequently
