Purpose of the role
The primary purpose of this role is focused on standardizing and optimizing our processes to ensure we can continue to deliver higher value to our internal & external customers
Position will provide leadership, execution capabilities, best practices, methodologies & frameworks with support for process standardization, improvement initiatives, automation and adoption of new capabilities

Specific responsibilities

Promote, analysis and implement ideas of improvements for different business functions/processes

Should be able to perform gap analysis, develop functional understanding and holistic view the business processes

Manage business use and stakeholder across different functions ie, HR/IT/Procurement/Finance

Collaborate with technologies and business and assist then in resolving the issues and identify opportunities to improve process through automation

Maintain documentation for processes used by the functional team and the support knowledge base for known issues

Work with business users on requirement gathering and prepare PDD (Process Design Documents)

Drive project execution of process improvements through the use of Lean/ Agile techniques and through structured project governance

Be responsible for understanding the business needs, identifying business solutions and validating the pros and cons of technical solution options

Running workshops with all impacted systems and users and driving them to one final delivery

Work with the global teams and users through the development lifecycle, including testing

Plan and conduct impact analyses of functional changes

Qualifications

Educational Qualification Process Engineering or/and Finance/IT

Experience in GBS/ SSC/ BPO organizations

8-10 years experience as a Business Analyst/Continues Improvement Analyst or similar

Good communication and documentation skills in the English language

Strong influence skills and ability to build effective partnerships within and outside services groups

A strong analytical and logical approach to systems design and development

Ability to work in changing environment

Understanding of organizational issues and challenges,
