The Learning Experience division of Nutanix wants to bring world class Enterprise Cloud education to the masses and enable a unified content strategy across customer-facing development teams at Nutanix This role will be a key member of the Enterprise Content Strategy team that helps manage, streamline, and facilitate component-based management systems for our customers, partners, and various internal audiences
This role will require you to coordinate and manage the efforts around our enterprise content strategy stack, including our content optimization engine, Acrolinx, and our CCMS, AEM XML Documentation Solution They will be responsible for the teams adherence to development processes and standards, and must be familiar with all levels of editing, including coordination and planning, formatting, mechanics, adherence to and application of company style, as well as deep edits that attend to document structure, coherence, and content completeness
Qualified candidates must have a keen eye for detail and a very strong sense of style They will be responsible for the timely release of training offerings, improving existing documentation and managing feedback loops
We are looking for someone who understands topic-based document development and is capable of coordinating development effort across globally distributed teams
Responsibilities AEM CCMS
Manage user accounts on the AEM CCMS for the Learning Experience team
Manage the Learning teams content repository, including Content lifecycle
Organization
DITA and folder profiles
Aadherence to best practices
Troubleshooting
Relationships with the Adobe AEM team and CCMS service providers
Manage DITA transforms (PPT, PDF, HTML5, SCORM), as required
Manage content versions, labels, tags, and baseline information in collaboration with content developers
Develop DITA topic and map templates, as required
Perform basic QA of documentation deliverables and make changes by using organizational standards and utilities
Improve publication processes for maximum efficiency and reliability
Train authors/developers on DITA and AEM
Manage consulting services relationships
Acrolinx
Manage user accounts on the Acrolinx for Nutanix
Manage administration of Terminology
Guidelines
Content profiles
Checking profiles
Integrations (plugins), CLI tool, and Content Analyzer tool
Mange lifecycle of Terms and domains
Guidelines
Manage the core server and language server updates
Collaborate with Acrolinx Support and Acrolinx Customer Success team for all changes and updates
Collaborate cross-functionally to share analytics and drive adoption
Train authors/developers on Acrolinx usage
Manage consulting services relationships
Required skills AEM CCMS
Following organizational and industry standards (department style guides, standard authoring practices)
Checking own work to ensure that expected outcomes are met
Tracking and prioritizing multiple simultaneous tasks and projects
Working in cross-functional and geographically distributed teams
Structured authoring tools such as Oxygen, XMetaL, or FrameMaker
DITA XML
Scripting languages such as Python or PowerShell
Working knowledge of Adobe Experience Manager (Desirable)
Stylesheet development and management Ability to work with regular expressions and transformation languages such as XPath, XSLT and CSS
Acrolinx
Working knowledge of XPath and Regular expressions
HTML(Desirable)
Experience in preparing and maintaining enterprise style guide
Experience in working with Acrolinx APIs
General
Following instructions precisely where they exist and exhibiting resourcefulness where they do not
Working in cross-functional teams
5 years experience in project coordination and documentation
Excellent written and spoken English
Experience with Git or GitHub
Good understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC)
