The challenge

Our Marketing team, under our CMO, is furthering & accelerating the Greytip Content Strategy & Governance for the next wave of hyper growth As a Senior Manager of Content Development & Management, you will be responsible to lead and inspire the development of first-class content along with other production means inclusive of videos, infographics, blogs, and data visualization in order to ensure optimal delivery of content to target audiences across multiple channels for our flagship product greytHR

As the Senior Manager of Content Development & Creation, you will be completely in tune with the SaaS Content Ecosystem, technology, technological advancements, and current affairs, ensuring the whole content is up to date for production of relevant and relatable content

We are therefore looking at an individual who is action oriented, has an ability to think strategically with a passion for tactical and detailed content development & execution

What you will be doing

Ensuring that all the product narratives and messages are in support of the Sales & Marketing strategies and editorial decisions get formulated along with the Chief Marketing Officer, and key stakeholders

Oversee the development and management of the organizations brand standards and content style guides, as well as the overall expression of the corporate identity in the content it puts out

Develop and own the integrated content strategy that is strategically matched with channel selection and focus, editorial governance, and metrics to be applied and aligned with Marketings overall objectives

Be responsible for the creation of an editorial structure aligned with the Annual Marketing & Business Plan in order to ensure that all content across the products and extensions are integrated and aligned to support business objectives

Enable structured content creation capabilities through the implementation of models and processes for sourcing information, analysing, and creating content

Design and implement measurement systems that accurately measure, manage, optimize and communicate the performance of the content put out by the Content function against the businesss operational objectives and strategies

Manage and oversee from a content perspective, all the Brands Social Media channels in regard to content, promotion, consumer engagement, customer service, performance management, and listings

Also expand and oversees the social media development tools and processes in order to facilitate actionable insights that aid strategic decision-making for the CMO to enhance brand presence & domination

What you will need to succeed

Typically require a minimum of 6-10 years of related experience in Content Strategy & Management from a SaaS background with a Masters degree in Marketing, Communications or Business Administration A bachelors degree in Information Technology or any other related field will be a plus A working experience of the equivalent is also acceptable

Past work of having led & delivered Successful and Impactful Content strategy in a HR Tech or HRMS background especially in the area of Payroll Management Additionally, have a detailed and comprehensive end to end understanding of the Product, its Purpose and Impact across segments and stakeholders

Demonstrate exceptional communication skills, both in written and verbal form Will also have a strong ability to engage and persuade varying audiences even on technical subjects

Clearly possess an ability to clearly present complex product content strategies concisely and persuasively to the CMO/ Marketing and Sales Teams

This position clearly requires a Product and Technologically inclination and for this reason, the role holder must demonstrate a keen interest and competency in the core product, technology, technological appliances, and relevant softwares like Creative Suite, Final Cut, Avid, and Photoshop

Additionally, will need to be highly knowledgeable on the best social media practices, will have vast knowledge in the workings and navigation of key social media platforms as well as the competitive and regulatory landscapes of each of those platforms

Ability to develop relationships and partnerships (internal/external) across all levels exhibiting strong leadership and influencing skills

Display comfort working in cross functional settings having an ability to think outside of the box while finding creative and unorthodox program solutions that will give the Greytip content a distinctive edge over competition

Expert presentation, facilitation and training skills Flexible, with a demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment Strong program management skills plan, communicate, execute and follow through


Established body of work in a SaaS environment especially a HRMS / HRIS / Payroll Management and People Management & Experience organizations

Proficient in Ms Word, PowerPoint, and Ms Excel, which are necessary in the creation of both verbally and visually engaging branding materials, reports, and presentations for the CMO and the Marketing Department

Exposure and end use of modern Creative -Softwares (eg Illustrator, InDesign and other similar) which might be employed in the creation of various content materials
