The Client Success Consultant (CSC) has direct responsibility for fostering a high customer satisfaction rating for Innographys client base The CSC will ensure customers successfully deriving value from Innographys service through the successful execution of training, mentoring and project delivery The CSC is a highly demanding role that requires exceptional analytical, customer relationship, strategic consulting and advanced technology skills The CSC is a technical thought leader in the Innography Client Success organization We are looking for candidates that are truly passionate about servicing our clients on a daily basis


Prioritize and focus efforts (with direction from Practice Manager) within the customer base providing ongoing training, mentoring and consultative project work to maximize customer satisfaction, identify growth potential, and impact timely renewals Build and maintain one-on-one customer relationships via phone, email, and onsite engagements Act as key subject matter expert on product usage to foster internal relationship with the Innography sales team and other groups to help drive company goals in the areas of Sales, Marketing, and Engineering Understand, document, and educate other Client Success Consultants on customer use cases that clearly demonstrate and measure the value proposition of Innographys services Mentor others on the team to understanding of service capabilities, contributing to training and best practices, as well as assist in weekly online customer workshops Act as technical team lead to provide guidance and direction for clients Contribute to and lead the development services best practices Contribute to the publication of educational materials and other collateral Additional tasks as defined by management

Desired Qualifications

Expert proficiency in the application of Innography technical solutions Experience in professional services, specifically in the delivery of complex service offerings to a highly educated and mature client base Highly proficient with common software applications including MS Office Suite, web browser functionality, CRM applications, etc Analytical thinker, technically proficient in intellectual property business intelligence, and able to learn new tools and software quickly Self-starter with the ability to work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment Excellent presentation and communication skills; ability to organize and present technical material in an easily understood manner both verbally and written High energy, positive attitude, with the ability to think creatively on their feet and handle multiple priorities Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience and certifications Willing to be accessible by phone after hours Authorization to work in the US Ability to travel (up to 30 PERCENT )
