Job Description:

The Senior Process Engineer applies innovative Process Engineering and Lean Six Sigma methodology to recommend solutions to business problems for Key Accounts He / she leads or supports cross-functional project teams in implementing proven, high-impact Process Engineering solutions The Senior Process Engineer generates evidence-based recommendations that can result in actions, quantified Process Improvement, Economic Value for Key Accounts and annual savings for OnProcess He / she supports the delivery of Process Engineering-based Solutions to both internal and / or external Clients The Senior Process Engineer leads the adoption of selected, high-impact Process Engineering solutions across the Company The Senior Process Engineer may also engage Clients in analyzing their business processes This is a high-impact role that drives efficiency and cost savings to OnProcess and the Client organization

Performance Responsibilities


  • Capability to apply Process Engineering to identify specific opportunities in Service Supply Chain Optimization for Key Accounts, representing $750K of annualized Economic Value with high probability of successful action

  • Capability to apply Process Engineering to identify specific opportunities representing $100K of annual run-rate revenue for OnProcess from well-defined, focused opportunities

  • Leadership in defining / identifying one Project per Quarter that can be executed by OnProcess Lean Six Sigma, Process Engineering and Process Innovation Teams

  • Demonstrated capability in defining, capturing, assessing, enhancing relevant data to address the defined Client Problem

  • Demonstrated competency / expertise as an SME for rolling out 1 new OnProcess Declared Competencies and Methodologies annually in OnProcess Process Engineering

  • Demonstrated superior performance in collaborating with Managers in Client organizations to solve their business problems

  • Leadership in defining, planning, and launching innovative Process Engineering-based solutions for internal and external clients

    Qualifications

    The skills, experience and expertise needed to fulfil the requirements of this position include the following


    • Demonstrated success in applying Process Engineering and Lean Six Sigma to solve Client Problems

    • Superior written and verbal communication skills in presenting findings to Clients

    • Two to three years successful experience in solving Client problems through the application of Process Engineering, process innovation and Lean Six Sigma

    • Proven leadership in creating and implementing new services, based on process engineering

    • Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or Green Belt

    • Undergraduate degree, or equivalent, in either statistics, operations research, market research or business management

    • Demonstrated successful track record in the application of software and methodology in one of the following Predictive Analytics, Causal-Effect Analytics, Voice of the Customer, Operations Research, or Optimization

    • Goal-oriented, team-player

    • Strong collaboration and negotiation skills

    • Strong creative business thinking skills and logic

    • Creativity, business and analytical abilities

    • Travel 20% of the time
