You Offer

A university degree or equivalent education / Qualification

7 years experience as a business analyst working in the financial services industry with a minimum of 3 full life cycle implementations of major systems and process change Experience of agile implementation is desirable, not essential

Ability to manipulate large data sets such as basic SQL or Excel to support analysis and testing activities

At least 2 years experience leading small teams of 3 people

Deep knowledge of regulatory reporting calculations and processes including RWA and / or leverage

The ability to work under pressure and manage multiple competing priorities

Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills

Fluency in verbal and written English German is an asset
