What does an Analyst do day-to-day

The Analysts form the foundation of the Analytics team, pulling and arranging data from a multitude of sources to feed business-improving insights and putting it all together into presentations that bring the story home to our clients Analysts pull and arrange data, but also play a pivotal role in mentoring Analysts As more experienced analysts and project managers, Senior Analysts also mentor Analysts in best practices for working with data, communicating with internal teams, and designing basic data strategies on the campaign level Senior Analysts work closely with a Manager to help execute the broader vision for the account

Do you have the following

Extensive experience working with Microsoft Office (PPT, Excel, Word)
Knowledge with at least one of the following ad technologies third party ad serving, rich media ad serving, site-side tracking technologies DoubleClick (standard and rich media), Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics
Knowledge of Business Intelligence tools (Tableau, QlikView) and relational databases (SQL Server, MS Access, Oracle)
Advanced Excel skills (Able to work with complex Excel formulas)
Knowledge in any of the following areas Programmatic (DMP, DSP, SSP), Cross-Device Measurement, Attribution Modelling
Experience with third-party research partners such as Nielsen, comScore, Millward Brown Digital, GfK, or Research Now
Knowledge of broad range of online advertising media channels from Search, Display Banners, Email, Contextual, Social, CRM
Ability to derive insight from observation which aligns with campaign objectives
5-8 years of experience

Self-starter who requires minimal oversight
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
Process orientation and the ability to define and set up processes

What will be required of you

Generate insights based on trends observed in the data, tie back to the business initiatives and update business owners
Analyzing online user behavior, conversion data and the customer journeys
Strong analytical skills to investigate and understand the opportunities of where A/B testing may be required and analyses the success of tests that have been run
Work closely with Senior Management, Category teams, UX, Design, Production etc to scope out tests, document requirements, create hypotheses, develop variations to test, build tests and thoroughly QA them
Thorough analysis of completed tests, presented concisely Conclusions & learnings to feed back into MVT program and where appropriate into the overall site development road map
Produce tactical analysis and implications/recommendations in line with business expectations
Use statistical tools to identify and evaluate the relationships between data fields and outcomes
Recognizing and observing emerging trends, opportunities and threats from changes in Search, Social and the wider Analytics landscape
Evaluate tools and standards to develop best in class analytic strategies
You execute quantitative analysis that translates data into actionable insights
Manage and Interpret large amounts of complex data across functions (Web, App, CRM, Operations,
