Job Description:



  • A finance analyst role for assisting the Manager in multiple areas of financial reporting and analysis A self- starter and target oriented go getter who would be able to look at different facets of business finance and deliver the desired results


YOURE GOOD AT


  • Assisting the Manager in deep data analysis and the preparation of monthly MIS management review presentations

  • Close tracking and monitoring of key business KPIs such as new sales, revenue generation, utilization, backlog other important business driver metrics

  • Needs to develop a deep understanding of business and work closely with senior business leaders on their business requirements

  • Prepare required material for reporting communicating to stakeholders

  • Tracking and reporting on Key Clients and Practice Area activities

  • Providing ad hoc information and analysis as required

  • Improving constantly the information systems based on Oracle database

  • Liaison with Global Services and the region as appropriate

  • Ensure that local practices comply with BCG policies and local requirements

  • Assist Manager in various business analysts, not limited to the above, on a need to do basis


YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS)


  • The person needs to have excellent knowledge of MS Office with advanced excel and power- point preferred

  • The person needs to have basic accounting acumen to be able to conceptualize the analysis that is required

  • The person should have a strong analytical mindset and should be able to conceptualize business dynamics during team discussion

  • 5- 8 years of work experience in business analysis, preferably in professional services industry

  • Excellent communication with ability to work with multiple stakeholders

  • Excellent customer service orientation; responds to requests with a sense of urgency

  • Displays tact, patience, and the ability to handle stressful situations

  • Demonstrates competence and character that inspires trust

  • Ability to communicate effectively (oral written)

  • Attention to detail, well organized, and able to set priorities

  • Reliable and cooperative team player; displays consideration and respect for others

  • Ability to respect all BCG information as personal and confidential
