JOB DESCRIPTION -


  • Vendor management - Quotation, Price Negotiation, Placement of order for a product or service, and plan delivery deadline

  • Monitoring, maintaining or purchase of office equipment, inventory supplies; orders replacement, supplies as needed

  • Knowledge of Insurance & Insurance products related to Car, Medical etc

  • Prior knowledge of dealing in Liasioning work for Shop & Establishment with BMC

  • Preparing, updating all MIS reports using Microsoft Excel

  • Making travel arrangements like ticket issuing from vendors, visa application, hotel reservations, forex requirements, car bookings etc from vendors or through OTA
