The Opportunity

We currently have an exciting role as an Accountant or Senior Accountant within our Forensic Accounting team This role will allow you the opportunity to apply every aspect of your experience and qualifications to a variety of Aon clients alongside a team of technically-proficient and high-performing professionals

Aon Global Risk Consulting offers a fully integrated range of services from risk identification and control to assessment and risk finance Our practices provide expert advice concerning strategic risk management and critical technical services to assist clients in assessing and managing their cost of risk

About the role

Engage with clients across a broad range of industries to provide high quality consulting services around their insurance program
Investigate, research and collate financial, statistical and other information for inclusion in detailed reports
Undertake financial analysis for quantification of damages/ losses and extrapolation of data
Research and analyse specific industries/ organisations, identify issues and draw conclusions
Apply technology for basic financial modelling and analysis
Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders and account managers within the Aon business to develop solutions and provide exceptional service

About you

To be successful in this role you will need to demonstrate

Professional experience in a relevant field, ie audit, insolvency accounting, forensic accounting or insurance claims
Experience in the preparation of business interruption insurance claims, economic loss assessment, fraud investigation or forensic accounting would be highly valued
Excellent analytical, interpersonal, time management and communication skills
Intermediate-to-advanced Excel and report writing skills
The ability to analyse Profit and Loss statements and conduct financial modelling and trend analysis
A relevant degree and CA/ CPA (part-)qualification
