Job Description:

Position Overview Replicon offers a fast-paced, innovative environment where you will be empowered to sell our solutions which leverage Time as a Strategic Asset within an organization Segmented Marketing Specialist will work with Marketing unit and engage with Replicons global inside lead generation team which delivers qualified opportunities to the new business sales teams The ideal candidate is someone who has experience in analysing data, can run a campaign end to end and has proven success in creating a sales pipeline Working with multiple teams from messaging with marketing, tracking results and ensuring the end to end process is met to develop quality opportunities Responsibilities

  • Directed by marketing on preferred segments, identify the scale, understand the volume and validate the right personas

  • Ability to research and become a messaging expert on Replicons products and the competitive landscape

  • Work daily with the global outbound team in ensuring messaging is being consistently delivered

  • Review calls for the campaign and assess whether the messaging needs to be changed

  • Build the sales pipeline for enterprise and SMB account executives

  • Continuously report on the progress of every campaign, the movement of leads into opportunity, closure, lost and understand why

  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of segmented generation programs and repor


  • Overall experience of 2 years with experience in sales management (preference given to those with experience in lead qualification/sales development experience and/or multi-tier management)

  • Proven record of sales success in a similar enterprise software application environment

  • Monitor KPIs (individual and campaigns)

  • Experience selling into global markets (particularly North American markets)

  • Experience with a CRM solution (preferably salesforcecom) and experience with various lead vendor technologies

  • Experience managing an off-shore Sales process from end-to-end

  • Strong analytical and end to end process management

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Willingness to work North American shift hours to meet the needs of the business demand ,
