A data-driven, result oriented growth marketer to lead the strategy for the brand Responsible for brand growth, customer acquisition, and the costs attached, the candidate should have a stronghold on the various channels and tools along with proven data analysis skills

Youre a growth hacker who has spent at least the past couple of years understanding and mastering user behaviour and customer acquisition You like to use trends and patterns in the data to understand and predict a journey for your user Additionally, you have an inclination towards learning, design, and education, and take a technology first approach to computational problem-solving The prospect of using your skills and tools to inform, educate and inspire masses to become better learners and students of technology is what you are looking for

Scope of Work

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to

- Partner with the team to develop a comprehensive brand vision plan embodying the spirit of learner-centric experience at SOAL

- Strategically define the customer journey and the touchpoints of communication

- Design the month-on-month marketing strategy and product campaign for SOAL to achieve scale and projected numbers

- Be a key marketing leader and devise near and long-term strategies, along with go-to-market roadmaps for SOALs growth across cities and domains

- Position and differentiate Brand SOAL

- Create and optmise a channel mix that delivers ROI for the brand

- Drive actionable insights to inform product and marketing strategy (eg user and competitive research)

- Build and engage a community of developers and learners

- Create a feedback mechanism between the demand market and the product creators at SOAL

- Communication, management, and coordination, of and between the various external stakeholders, agencies, freelancers, and consultants

- Identifying various sources and developing avenues of student inflow across various market segments

- Conceptualise, build, and execute long-lasting affiliate and referral partnerships and campaigns

- Define the digital marketing strategy and drive acquisitions on the website

- Defining and executing effective PR campaigns for the brand

- Develop and execute offline campaigns and activations

- Be responsible for performance metrics, tracking efficiencies of the marketing spend across channels including, offline, SEO, SEM, Social, SMS, Email, affiliates, content marketing and optimize to achieve business goals

- Be experimental in approach and explore new channels to drive traffic and acquisition

- Develop the framework for marketing automation and experiments across touchpoints and channels

- Work in alignment with the admissions team to optimize the funnel for better quality leads

- Charting user personas and educating the probable market segment about the value of SOALs offering
