Youre an orator, changemaker and business developer who can weave webs of conversation to bring the potential of the product to life You have a keen sense of identifying customer needs and catering to them along with a knack of using unconventional means to achieve your target Additionally, you have an inclination towards learning, design, and education, and take a technology-first approach to computational problem-solving The prospect of using your skills and tools to inform, educate and inspire the masses to become better learners and students of technology is what you are looking for

Scope of Work

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to

- Support SLT in hiring, managing and building the internal and external counselling teams

- Creating and analysing admissions metrics and making data-driven decisions to surpass the targets

- Designing and managing seamless multi-channel systems to cater to potential learners and ensure the meeting or exceeding of enrollment targets including ownership of the CRM platform and upkeep of usage

- Build a prediction model for conversions through various channels, and own the conversion rates across the admissions funnel

- Creating and managing efficient touchpoints in the funnel to ensure conversions

- Identifying the needs of prospective students and providing relevant counselling to them via various media

- Effectively communicate with external stakeholders (counsellors, parents, prospective students)

- Constantly optimising for closures of leads and recommending new & improved methods of student acquisition

- Providing insights to the marketing team on the quality of inbound leads, targeting and segmentation

- Building a long-lasting relationship with the prospective students to create a higher LTV

- Working closely with the marketing and academic teams to provide feedback on their interaction with the prospective students
