SAP Security/ GRC SME with strong technical background in ECC, BI, Solution Manager, GRC 100

Project Discussions with Client

Supporting/ Guiding Team on Technical issues

Peer review activities

Daily Reviewing Ticket status

Prioritization, Task Allocation, tracking and Reporting of offshore consultants work to Client team

Single point of contact for Client Service Delivery for overall delivery of services as mutually agreed upon

Responsible and Accountable for service levels that are agreed upon

Identify potential areas and implement service Improvements and Stability initiatives for Clients SAP Security landscape

Coordinate with Cognizant on-site team for escalation and/or resolution of technical issues

Review incident/problem/change management plan created by team

Guide team members in the course of incident/ problem management

PFCG Role Admin activities

Troubleshoot access issues

GRC 100 Admin activities

Support External Audit
