The Partner Solution Centers in MEE, EMEA North and EMEA South are part of the Global Partner Organization (GPO) organization

Our mission is to drive partner adoption of new solutions and strategic initiatives within the SAP Solution Portfolio in order to grow SAP license revenue and Partner Capacity within the region Our primary responsibilities are

To ensure sufficient top partner solution readiness, partner sales & delivery capability, and specialization to fully capitalize on local market potential
To prescriptively enable and coach top partners with focus on monetization and customer adoption
To orchestrate an efficient go to market by blending teams, solution knowledge, assets and various programs

The Partner Solution Center S/4HANA MOVEMENT regional specialist enables and coaches selected Regional Service Providers on developing partner-specific service offerings for MOVE like sales kits and packaged solutions, and drives transparency for those offerings SAP internally


Build out sales kits with each of the most important partners to make engagement a repeatable process
Work with those partners to develop packaged offerings (for all phases from demand generation to conversion)
Coach partners in scaling conversion services based on agreed Partner Conversion Factory Approach
Support those Regional Service Partners in growing capacity and driving scale
Collect and share Best Practices of SAP and partners
Interact closely with SAP Product Management to retrieve early knowledge with partner-ready materials
Advice sales teams on which partners are best fit for their specific customer
Focus on educating our SAP Field in the power of the partners Move programs


To be successful in the role requires a deep knowledge of ERP, S/4HANA and SAP Cloud Platform, a long-term experience in SAP HANA, strong program management and communication skills, good interpersonal skills, and the ability to have impact through virtual team leadership and remote engagement

Masters Degree or MBA or equivalent training and 5 years job experience
Strong delivery background and solid S/4HANA technical implementation and conversion skills and experience
Business acumen and analytical skills Business development experience and understanding the principals of our Partners Business Model
Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management internally as well as with customers and partners Be an evangelist and a coach
Ability to work effectively and efficiently with minmal supervision
Interpersonal skills team player, proacitve networking attributes, result driven and strong presentation skills
Application Know-How in Finance or Logistics
Fluent English and German language skill required
