Qualification, Experience & Critical Capabilities

- 5-7 years of experience in SAP MM application support along with minimum one/two full life cycle implementation

- Ability to understand business processes/scenarios with respective to

o SAP PP

o Production Planning & Master Scheduling,

o Detailed Scheduling, Capacity Planning

o Bill of Materials

o Batch Management

- Ability to work in a team environment, effectively interacting with other teams

- Computer science, engineering or technical degree

- Anyone or more technology knowledge of other SAP module integration like PM,QM,MM, FICO

- SAP PP, ITIL certified is added advantage

- Experience in incident, small change management & project support

- Exposure to Agile Methodology & DevOps tools

Relevant Experience

SAP Configuration and/or Development experience across multiple modules of SAP, with an emphasis on PP, QM, PM and MM modules

Knowledge of SAP architecture and best practice design

Knowledge of SAP Landscape architecture design, project implementation methodologies and implementation expertise

Experience/understanding of Toll / In-house Manufacturing & production planning processes

Understanding of Plant maintenance process

Able to analyze business requirements (eg, functional and technical requirements, information need, business processes), analyzing, documenting the requirements & mapping of those to SAP business processes

Ability to design, develop & support test plans (eg test cases, test data, test scripts, IST, UAT)

Understanding of integration ( SAP non-SAP applications)

Exposure to DevOps tools

SAP Hana S4 platform experience (preferred)

SAP QM / PM experience is an added advantage

Experience of working with Agrochemical/Seeds MNCs is an advantage

General Experience and Prerequisites

- Excellent written and verbal communication around issues, managing escalations, opportunities

- Experience in client facing and managing outsourced partners

- A Team player with a collaborative attitude, proactive and ability to work under pressure

- Experience of working with stakeholders from multiple regions/countries
