The Sales Strategy & Reporting Team Lead is a key member of the Sales Operations & Strategy team This individual will reprto to the Manager of Global Sales Strategy and Reporting This position requires a strong technical aptitude and knowledge of business needs to support the objectives of the Sales Organization The Sales Strategy & Reporting Team Lead will be responsible for understanding, analyzing and distributing information critical to the success of the organization, and will develop and execute processes to ensure the timely completion of recurring tasks The Sales Strategy and Reporting Team Lead will oversee managing, updating, maintaining and improving key reports and analysis for the sales team Excellent organizational and time management skills, along with strong attention to detail are required

Manage the end to end process of our priority sales reports, dashboards and data sources From the back-end data management to the business analysis that is driven from the reports
Lead a team of business and data analysts to make sure that our priority sales reports and dashboards are stable, scalable, and innovative
Build and design creative Tableau dashboards for sales teams and Senior Leaders, collaborating internally within Operations and externally with key stakeholders
Leverage existing data and reporting to analyze trends and provide input and recommendations that will help improve sales efficiency, forecasting and performance metrics
Perform analysis by understanding the business needs, requirements and trends
Assist with cloud revenue forecasting, budgeting, and analysis
Build and maintain reports and dashboards for a full spectrum of sales analysis From piepline trends and health, sales review and performance, forecasting and retention
Work cross functionally to develop new tools and/or processes to increase the fields productivity, communication or reporting capabilities
Serve as a champion of best practices, process improvement, and source of truth for external stakeholders, leading by example via analytics and program management
Adhere to project standards, provide progress status on completed tasks and outstanding issues, and produce quality work in a timely manner
Performs other duties as assigned
Be aware of, and comply with, all corporate policies

Education, Experience & Training required

At least Bachelors in Information Systems, Business Administration, Economics or equivalent degree and meaningful experience in business/sales operations or an equivalent function
3-5 years of relevant Sales Operations, Reporting & Analytics, or Business Analyst experience required
Demonstrated ability to learn and rapidly develop proficiency with new systems and methods
Strong knowledge of Excel required
Intermediate to advanced experience with SQL and Tableau or other business intelligence tools
Intermediate exposure to Salesforce or SAP CRM
