Job Description:

Key Technical Competencies

SAP Basis Administration

SAP Landscape knowledge
Installation / up-gradation of SAP Softwares

(ECC 60, SAP Netweaver 70 / 71 or above)
-XI/PI, EP, SCM, SRM, CRM, BI/Portal (Java Stack),
Solution Manager 70 / 71
-Oracle DB,HANA
-Very large Database Buffer optimization / tunning SAP Performance tuning and optimizations

-EWA review and its suggestion implementation
UNIX / Storage Knowledge
Handling projects life cycle Management End to End

Provide support services for customer environments

Respond to tickets / cases logged by Service Desk and Automated Ticketing
Adhere to SLA response and resolution times and ensure cases are regularly updated
Compliance to change management policy and processes
Prepare customer incident reports & monthly customer reports
Assist with management of problems and escalations

Customer Service

Retain ownership of customer issues until resolved, escalated or accepted by another individual
Deal with customers in a professional and courteous manner which keeps them informed and offers value on a daily basis

Display an understanding and involvement in a medium sized customer or business unit within your team in the following areas account knowledge, contact point, meeting attendance, document ownership
