The Key Job Responsibilities

Creating Mobile Automation Test Plan and getting approvals

Reviewing tests for automation feasibility

Providing estimates around efforts needed for mobile automation and manual testing

Creating, Enhancing, debugging and running test cases, triaging and sharing test results

Creating customized test automation solutions based on client s requirements

Preparing the test environment for test case execution (installing softwares, configuring Continuous Integration, etc)

Required expertise in UI/ UX testing, API Testing

Experience on a project involving continuous integration (CI) and gitlab

Should have experience in automating mobile application using Appium

Knowledge about Expo is an added advantagement

Knowledge around QA testing concepts

Attends requirements related sessions, as needed

Works closely with the development/ configuration team to review implementation, and provide feedback from a testing perspective This will nourish a code-to-test type culture

Execute the test cases defined, as and when the application with appropriate functionality is made available The test execution can be manual or using specialized automation tools, depending on the need of the project

Logs issues/ bugs found during the execution of test cases, in the appropriate bug/ issue tracking tool identified for the project

Re-test and verify that the bugs/ issues are fixed

The Key Skills Required

Proficient in STLC, Agile & Testing methodologies

Must have 2-3 years of experience in Mobile Application testing involving Appium and API testing

Experience testing on any CRM software (Preferable Salesforce)

Experience in working with Scrum/ Agile methodology

Good knowledge on WebDriver methods and Appium setup

Knowledge of Java Programming (Data Types, Variables, Operators, Flow Control Statements, Methods (Built-in as well as User defined), Exception handling, File Handling, Excel file Operations, Database Operations and OOPS concepts)

Utilizes analyzing skills to understand the requirements and pose queries

Should have good knowledge of query optimization, indexing, triggers, procedures, normalizations

Knowledge around QA testing concepts

Preferred - Good knowledge of Appium, Mobile application types, Mobile platform terminologies

Experience with any CRM software (Salesforcecom, Siebel, Clarify, Vantive, Peoplesoft, NetSuite, etc) preferred

Experience working and collaborating with team members located in countries like USA, UK and Japan

Driven by quality & customer focus with a team player attitude

Experience on direct client discussions, daily status meetings


Ability to work under challenging environment and timelines

Ability to work on different shifts (India, US, UK shifts)

Willingness to learn new technologies

Ability to maintain cordial client relationship

Good Communication and presentation skills

Should be willing to travel,
