What do you get to do in this position

Energy Incentives Admin Technical - Core Responsibilities
Receive, format, and upload energy efficient equipment measurements from client construction lists and capital improvement reports to SalesForce

Provide ongoing process evaluations with written recommendations to help implement ongoing efficiency and consistency protocols in the program process

Build and maintain SalesForce data integrity to support database reporting

Utilize the RebateTracker proprietary database to support SalesForce data integrity

Maintain written SalesForce processes and procedures

Build strong, positive relationships within the industry

- Rebate Support Backup support to effectively communicate with client vendors/suppliers data requirements for SalesForce integration as directed

Support and conduct SalesForce team training initiatives

Perform other assignments and duties as directed

Participate in company/department meetings as required


- Required Skills

Proficient in Internet, Outlook, and Word
Advanced Excel knowledge
SalesForce end-user experience
Organizational skills are essential
Excellent written and verbal communication
Strong problem-solving skills
Ability to create and present alternative solutions
Aptitude to work independently (self-directed), while offering team support

- Preferred Skills

2 years work experience in a related or similar field
SalesForce platform knowledge experience highly preferred
Microsoft Access and/or other related relational platforms
