Create and execute on a vision and strategy for our controls business
Lead performance excellence by coaching Account Managers on effectiveness and efficiency relating to project attainments, customer service, customer relationship development, and business profitability
Develop long-term relationships and effective value propositions for our customers
Ensure total customer satisfaction from opportunity discovery through completion of projects
Responsible for achieving/exceeding annual objectives regarding profit, volume, growth, business mix and share
Continuously improve process and process measurements that drive customer satisfaction


Bachelors Degree required BS in Engineering is strongly preferred
7 years of industry-related sales experience and 5 years experience in a sales leadership capacity strongly preferred Must have a strong history of exceeding goals and coaching / developing winning sales teams
Must have experience with HVAC Controls and Building Automation Systems (Equipment and Services) Experience with system integration is strongly preferred
Must be customer-centric, and understand selling solutions and integration of building automation systems
Strong analytical approach to metrics & processes with a proven track record of crafting creative solutions that address complex customer needs
Dynamic leadership skills, passion for driving excellence and developing employees An effective communicator who can thrive within a team oriented environment
