Professionals ( > 2 years of work experience)

Tasks Your responsibilities

Implementation of Sales Support strategy
Ensures the resolution of customer issues (eg order, technical, payment) by coordinating with Sales, Operations, Supply Chain Management, and other internal and/or external teams
Recommends appropriate solution for customer requests, and coordinates with related teams to ensure the complete handling of the request (eg production capability and scheduling, resourcing, quotes, price lists, invoice) is in place
Proactively informs customers about issue status based on inputs and clarifies any questions Ensures a positive customer experience throughout the entire process
Prepares and analyzes regular statistics (eg forecast) using available tools and collecting relevant information
Tracks regular target performance and provides results to management
Prepare timely and comprehensive bids
Determine most technical appropriate and cost effective solutions

Manage Bids to
Define costs for the proposed solution and communicate to Sales organization
Ensure all proposals follow relevant ABB Procedures and guidelines
Rationalize terms and conditions
Support bid clarifications, technical meetings, product presentations & negotiations
Provide market intelligence data

Additional extra-ordinary accountabilities
Coordinate with Tendering Manager for product sourcing and costing strategies
Support order handing-over

Requirements A Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline
3 to 5 years of professional work experience
Experience and skill to prepare Bids and support order management
Knowledge of Power Grid Market & ABB product & system offerings
Technical or commercial background on university level or equivalent
Multi culture experience is a benefit
