What Youll Do In close partnership with the Account Product Sales, Product Sales Specialists (PSS) and Services Sales teams, you will provide specific technology, solution, or architecture expertise advancing services bookings for Cisco in accounts in an assigned geography or segment
Your role is to provide dedicated technical sales expertise primarily in prospecting, and qualifying solutions, that change business outcomes for our customers while helping position Cisco services thought leadership Assistance with later sales stages may be appropriate at times
You will drive the solution sales process by documenting service and initial solution scope to make sure our customers are satisfied and prevent customer expectation gaps during the delivery cycle
You will also be responsible for providing feedback for continuous improvement of the services portfolio to ensure customer, channel partner, and system integrator satisfaction with the Cisco services portfolio while driving continued year over year bookings growth

Accelerate and push the growth of Cisco Technical Services new business through

Close partnership with our Account Managers
Develop programs to drive the Technical Services attach rate within a certain KPI
Partner with partner teams (PAMs) and VPAMs to build marketing initiatives to help speed up adoption of our Technical Services within our Distributors, Tier 1 and T2 partners

Accelerate and develop growth of Cisco Technical Services renew business through

Close collaboration with Renewal Managers (RMs)
Build programs to push the Technical Services renewal rate within a certain KPI
Closely work with the partner teams (PAMs), Distribution teams (DPAMs) and VPAMs to develop marketing initiatives to accelerate adoption of Technical Services within the Distributors, T1 and T2 partners
Develop and manage territory sales strategy to meet or exceed bookings targets in alliance with the Small Business Sales Teams
Provide weekly forecasting and visibility into sales activity by keeping a current pipeline using Cisco forecasting tools, ie SFDC
You will analyze reports to determine critical trends that will help drive both new and renew business as well as determine mis-attached and track opportunity until closure

Cross-functionally align with the following organizations Small Business Teams across ASEAN
DPAMs across ASEAN
VPAMs for Small Business

Build Programs & Offers for Distributors that will drive our new and renew business
Internal Small Business Sales Teams
Participate in business plan interlock as needed
Attend and present at external & internal meetings as necessary
