Position Summary

Specializing in the Citrix Service Provider (CSP) market; the individual is responsible for defining and developing CSP business across India to build a new partner routes to market, increase monthly recurring revenue and generate overall CSP revenue growth The individual will have expertise and experience in the hosting and managed service provider industry with a solid sales background & technical understanding of associated business models They will be capable of gaining partner support to develop Citrix services and building relationships at all levels within the partner and Citrix; as well as executing against plan to create and drive revenue growth He will be responsible for India as a territory as well as identifying and managing top high potential CSP partners

Responsible for CSP business and revenue targets across India
Identifies, develops, manages CSP territory consisting of current and prospective Citrix Service Providers (CSP)
Create and responsible for the total territory plan working with key stakeholders to support the business as well as managing top tier high potential partners
Work with Citrix Service Provider partners for new business, including sales enabling and supporting the partners launch and development of Citrix based finished Goods and Services
Will be leveraged as a market and Citrix Service Provider expert in partner accounts and industry events
Work alongside technical resources for the identification, development and management of the Citrix Service Provider market
Able to position and sell Citrix portfolio against competitive products as well as identifying alignment with complimentary solutions typically into small to medium sized accounts or where applicable
Ability to execute on Solution Selling of applications, desktops, workspaces and provisioning of these in the Service Provider Market
Generate partnerships with sales and service organisations along with IT business executives within the Service Provider market
Grow and maintain a healthy partner ecosystem for current and future market share and revenue growth
Manage monthly forecasts and responsible for revenue targets and execution of key business imperatives
Detail orientated in Account & Territory Planning

Qualifications and Requirements

Bachelors degree with MBA or equivalent experience required
12 years of sales experience, with at least 5 years in selling to Service providers
Track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas in excess of $2 million per year
Proven track record in closing complex sales Cycles
Experience using sales automation tools such as SalesForcecom
Experience in negotiating complex software licensing agreements
Network of enterprise reference contacts with whom one has built a trust relationship and with whom one can gain an audience to present Citrix solutions and identify opportunities

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Demonstrated ability to Sell and Build Services with Service Provider organizations
Strong history of quota achievement
Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain relationships at all levels of a customer organization
Demonstrated ability to develop and manage a strong pipeline of business
Proven ability to manage long, complex sales cycles from beginning to end
Demonstrated knowledge of strategic sales techniques and processes including the ability to understand Service Providers needs, overcome objections, develop business cases, and negotiate complex contracts
You have a solid understanding of Citrix competitive domain and technologies while also having the ability to articulate and understand the Service providers business strategy and Citrix solution strategy independently
